SWOT Analysis

My Strengths:

Having strengths enables people to produce good work, this will help in the future with grades and creates opportunities for people. One of my strengths is being able to brainstorm good ideas, this could be in a group or on my own. I have the confidence to express my ideas to others as well as listening to advice that comes with voicing them.

My second strength is evaluating my work well, i could become even better at this when i improve my time management skills, i feel that i can go into depth and acknowledge the areas that i succeeded and failed so therefor i'm able to write a detailed evaluation.

My weaknesses:

One of my weaknesses is time management, i sometimes struggle to keep up with time plans and don't leave myself enough time to get tasks done by the deadline at the level i know that my work can be. I can work on this by planning out my work better and leaving myself more time to ensure that i'm able to produce my best work.

Another one if my weaknesses is how i can get distracted and go off task, i can improve this by becoming more motivated, and surrounding myself in an environment where i know i can focus. this will enable me to get things done on time as well allow me to produce well thought out work.

Opportunities: 

An opportunity for me is the availability to reach out to other students to do  interviews, podcasts and promote them (management), this would be beneficial for all of us. There is also a variety of different courses they are studying so for different tasks I could get in touch with different people depending on what I think would work well.

A different opportunity would be I have access to many different recourses such as camera equipment, booths, mics and good computer systems. This will allow me to be able to produce good quality work .

Threats:

A threat would be something that could have a negative impact towards my work such as how for the time beeing thing could be a little harder as we are'nt able to put on events due to COVID19, although we could work around this by online events.

Another threat would be that as im not 18 yet people may not take me as seriously, so it could be harder for me to try book interviews or put on events. To ensure that this doesnt happen i will have to work harder to prove that i have the kowledge and ability to produce good work.
